Prostate Cancer Blue Community asks What’s Your SHADE?

Crila Health’s blog continues our focus on September’s observance of National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month with more news from the Prostate Cancer Research Institute’s annual conference in Los Angeles which took place earlier this month. PCRI says this is the largest medical conference in the U.S. oriented to the patient.  You may find that PCRI’s Prostate Cancer Blue Community (PCBC) is a good resource for you. What is it?

PCBC is an online social network to promote collaboration and conversation among men with the disease, and facilitate access to their Helpline personnel. To simplify the complexity of prostate cancer, PCBC allows men with prostate cancer to join forums defined by different “SHADES” of blue based on their diagnosis and disease status, latest newss and prostate herbs.

Visit www.PCRI.org to start your own online profile, join forums, and empower yourself by knowing your options. By working together, we will win this fight against prostate cancer.
